By using our website, demo line, chat widget, booking form, or paid services, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
Depending on the plan, Tahari Desk may include:
Features can change as we improve the product. We will tell paying customers about material changes that affect how their service works.
Live demo. Anyone may call (208) 618-2424 or use tools on our website to try a demonstration. The demo is for evaluation only. It is not a promise that we already serve your industry, city, or call volume.
Founding pilot. For a limited number of founding clients (typically the first 2 or 3 shops), we may offer a free 30-day pilot. Before the pilot starts, both sides sign a short written agreement that includes a success test and a paid start date of day 31. After a successful pilot, founding pricing is $197 per month, locked for 12 months, with setup waived, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
Standard pricing. Outside founding spots, standard pricing is described on our site or in a written proposal (currently planned as a monthly fee plus a setup fee). Prices in a signed agreement control over marketing copy.
You agree to:
You are responsible for how your business uses call recordings, transcripts, texts, and customer data that the service handles for you.
Parts of the service use artificial intelligence. AI can misunderstand speech, invent details, or make booking mistakes. You should review important calls, transcripts, and appointments. We may also review demo calls and support requests to improve the product.
Demo calls and customer calls may be recorded and transcribed. Where the law requires it (including Washington's all-party consent rules for recording), you and your callers must be told that recording may occur. For your own customers, you are responsible for any notices or consents your business needs. For our demo line, we aim to announce recording in the greeting.
If you use missed-call text-back or other text features:
Carriers and texting registration rules may require additional wording on your website. We will help founding and paid clients meet those requirements where we can, but carrier approval is not guaranteed.
Paid plans are billed as described in your agreement (usually monthly). You can cancel future billing by written notice before the next billing date, unless your agreement sets a longer term. Setup fees, if charged, are generally non-refundable once work has started. Unused free pilot days are not paid out in cash.
Site content is for general information. It is not legal, financial, or medical advice. We try to keep information accurate, but features, prices, and examples can change.
The Tahari Desk name, site design, demos, and software remain ours (or our licensors'). You keep ownership of your business content, customer data, and materials you give us. You give us permission to use that material only to run and improve the service for you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE uninterrupted service, perfect AI accuracy, carrier delivery of every text, or any specific number of booked jobs.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, TAHARI DESK IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST-PROFIT DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF YOU ONLY USED A FREE DEMO OR PILOT).
Some states do not allow certain limits. If those rules apply to you, some of the above may not apply.
If your use of the service (including how you handle customer calls, texts, or data) causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to defend and cover us for resulting losses and reasonable legal fees, except to the extent we caused the problem by our own willful misconduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where Idaho or federal law must apply to a specific issue (for example, telemarketing or texting rules). Courts in Spokane County, Washington are the preferred venue for disputes that go to court, unless the law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the site or service after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where a signed customer agreement says otherwise.
